Arms not moving with armbinder

I searched around to see if i could find a fix but nothing is working, i not sure if it is my load order or what. I am using mod organizer, i have all the requirements for all my mods, everything is up to date, All the DD stuff fits fine too.  I ran FNIS a couple of times. i used LOOT, i made sure to use bodyslide too. I tried to craft some armbinders and i can equip them and struggle, when i do that the arms go behind me but after the animation stops they return to my side, and the hads are invisible too. all the other dd stuff works, just the armbinder is giving me trouble.

 

 

 

Edit-01: So i just started up a new save after updating MNC And armbinders kinda work, if i press R my arms go behind my back but if i press r again they come out, and in first person i can see my arms without my hands in the corner of my screen witch i can deel with, since i an play in third person.
