Overencumbered Animation

Is it possible to have a script where the player will play an animation if over-encumbered?

 

To be immersive, I set my carry-weight maximum around 50 (armor, weapons, and misc take up a lot of that). So chopping wood should definitely require some legwork and it'd be very realistic to have my character holding something whilst walking to the store.

 

I'm thinking the NPC animation of carrying wood is ideal.
