I Need Help with Making an ESP file for PM_BOD

so looking at the tes edit toutorials shows me all about doing armor or clothes even modifieng values. but im making a mod that modifies the skin textures of all the NPC's and the player and followers and is gonna be choice customizable on install with a fomod so you can chose between faction bodies, but thats a future goal and now ive hit a road block with the bsa2 update in unique NPC's which means needing my own esp which i wasnt ready for. it fuses the functions of the older version of unique NPC bodies unique player unique Follower and children extended with my own Female Body D files eventually the other parts as well n and s. im a very fast study but i need to do things opnce to learn how or see how someone else did step by step. i cant find the other body types with F4ES edit which means there added refrences and that i dont know how to do. any clues or help would be appreciated begged for and tasty. I can create a BAT its just a type of compressed archive with the file structure maintained. the esp has me going nuts.

dont wanna steal anyones work thats why i just cant use his also dont know how to make my mod just add to theres in a bs2 format.
