Idea for a a new DD mod

it occurred to me that the institute tech can be used (or abused if you prefer) to create something that can be used along the lines of the deviously cursed wasteland booby trap

 

the idea is this:

 

binder grenades

 

much like the synth relay grenade (can even use the same model for simplicity) it will "port in" institute bindings (collar wrist and ankle cuffs) on any applicable target in the "blast zone" or scan area, however it needs to be thought of for the creation kits tools to work.

 

 

aside from the obvious adult nature and abuse most of us would put them to, there are a few lore friendly (or at least agreeable) story hooks that could be discovered on terminals or notes

 

cuffs are obviously to disable, while the collar acts as a locator beacon to beam the captive back to the institute

 

 

 

i'd like offer one for the wasteland/slaver bindings set, but other than using those in a mine (bigger box, since they lack the teleport ability of the institute) i'm coming up empty.

 

i have zero capability with the creation kit (tried using it in skyrim and deleted it after an hour of not being able to find anything i was looking for) so i offer this idea to the the folks here in hopes that someone may think it worth giving a shot

But I dont know how to equip dd items on NPC. They remove it. In Skyrim DD has special code for it.
