Game crashes on save or quicksave

Hey there, I've searched the internet for a bit but I can't seem to find a modern fix to my problem. Everytime I try to hard save or quick save my game, it will crash to desktop. However, I've discovered that autosaving from a couch enables me to somewhat mitigate the problem, but I also crash whenever I try to enter a building. Here is my load order, to see if this would help at all.
