disappearing light / ele bug? anyone knows bout this?

hey there, thx for the great mod I have a litte Problem though and I am not sure wheter or not I did something wrong

basically, the "light" disappeares at some Vision ankles, you can see when it gets darker suddenly, I am not sure which of both effects is the actual intented ^^' but I guess the brighter light is teh intended ele effect and the darker "flicker/missing light?" is yeah a bug or something

I am using organic ENB and everything is installed freshly ( I followed S.T.E.P. for the first time) 

 

 

I wrote this in the comment section of ELE aswell but I saw that the mod author isn't checking the posts daily so I thought it's worth asking here, maybe someone can help me solving this faster

reinstalled the enb and problem disapeared magicaly 

can be closed
