Question about body/armor HDT relationship

Hello everyone!

 

I was wondering how do people manage to make the jiggling breasts stay within the confines of an armor piece without clipping. For instance, I saw a video, where an actor is wearing a corset, the corset is rigid (and quite revealing), but the breast (upper) parts that are not covered up are jiggling, responding to movement like normal, but the lower part does not clip through the armor.

 

My question is how can this be achieved? What software one would need to edit the files?
