A New CTD?

I have never has this particular CTD happen before, ever

 

I am crashing when I try to use a weaponsrack. I have CTD'd when I tried to place an enchanted sword, greatsword or waraxe in the rack. Some enchanted weapons place in the racks without a problem. Its not the same weaponrack, either. I tried palceing a Steel greatsword fo Sparks on a rack and CTD/ Reloaded and then placed a Steel Greatsword of Flames in that same position on the same rack and had no trouble. And then I CTD when I try to place that Sparks greatsword in a different rack.

 

I googled and saw some reports related to WeaponRackActivate script, but I have none of the same Papyrus entries as they do.

 

I have not yet had a staff CTD.

It doesn't seem to matter which enchanted weapon type.

It doesn't seem to matter which enchantment.

The last entries in the Papyrus log are all different.

Papyrus logs have lots of warnings and errors.

Book covers skyrim is redundant.  Legacy already has integrated it entirely.. you can remove it in a future playthrough.

 

You can post your papyrus log as a file. 

click the more reply options at bottom right,

click choose file below and find your papyrus log

ETA: Does it always crash when you place the bugged enchantment sword on it (like sparks) or just sometimes.
