Armor not on body.

Everything works find except the Steel Armor. It's as if armor is outside the torso, and they are not actually wearing it,

Lol! Well, judging from the picture, the armor definitely looks like it's outside the torso and not just as if. This is too hilarious, I couldn't help it.

Anyway, you haven't said so but have you tried using the bug fixes available from the same mod? Looks like there's quite a few. I'd start there and then move on to the forum and see if the author responds. You'd be surprised, many mod authors will still answer questions.

This most certainly looks like a mod specific issue.

I've have check the the list, but it seem they are mostly older versions. I'll contact the author, thanks for the helps.

By the way, if the mod author never responds and if I had to fix it, his is what I'd do:

 

1. Install MFG Console

2. Throw armor on the ground and click on it. MFG Console will tell you where the armor is located in the Skyrim Data folder.

If mod is packed in a .BSA file, no problem. Extract .BSA files with BSAopt.

3. Locate armor mesh and attempt to fix it with Bodyslide and Outfit Studio by reapplying weight vertices masks or creating a new Bodyslide file for it.

4. It 4 does not work, recall that similar looking armors are in Immersive Armors mod so simply replace the mesh with one that works properly. Might work or might not. Either way, it's not going to destroy your game if you replace a mesh.
