Request - Males of Skyrim + SOS Patch (Would be popular)

Could anyone do a patch so Males of Skyrim can work with sos

Amazed no one has done this yet as both are 2 of the most popular male mods out there

 

Looking around the only current option is to overwrite files from sos into the males of skyrim loose folders but I tried this and it ended up a broken mess.

Its hard to know what textures and meshes to use as the folder structure in sos is pretty big (Lots of options)

 

I just use NMM to install both - ideally it would be great just to have a simple patch you can install through NMM too that auto overwrites the right files as Males of skyrim currently uses better males by default I think.

 

Im sure if someone takes the time to do this it would become hugely popular as it seems many want the option

if you extracted the BSA, go to the Meshes\Actors\Character\MS folder and replace the malebody and feet files with SOS since the mod is looking there for them. Since the body texture has pubic hair use the hairy version on your schlong and it should blend in. You can then delete the old BSA and use the loose folders or rebuild it and delete the loose folders.

Pretty sure I tried this a few weeks back after reading the same suggestion on a thread (Or at least attempted it) but ended up making things worse - had to end up starting from scratch as it seemed to break alot of npc mods

 

This is why I thought a patch would be awesome depending on how long/much effort it would take someone as it shouldn't break anything for those who are not great at manually sorting mods
