Can't activate JackGa's mod without crash

I have downloaded JackGa's mod and I realised I need the TurnDownXRace for this mod to activate. So I went to youtube and found the link for PC version. However, upon using it, it crashes before even opening the title sequence. Therefore, I realise I probably have used the wrong version. But yet, the links I have searched for via this forum are links that are no longer available for use. Does anyone know the version I need to activate this mod?

Jackga makes a lot of mods, which mod are you talking about?

Also, you didn't say so I have to ask: have you put TurnDownXRace above/before the other mod in your load order?

I apologise. I could've sworn I have seen the word "shop". Anyways, I managed to resolve it by finding a TurnDownRace rather than TurnDownXRace. Thank you both for your help.
