Need help installing a mod that dropped off the face of the Earth

(Is this a good place to post this? I'm not sure.)

 

For the past month, i've been trying to get my hands on Bashis english translation of CWdolls for Fallout New Vegas. I've tried clicking all the mega links, and the 4shared ones posted later in the thread at http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16329-cwdollsclothespretty-things/page-1, but most are dead save for the one at https://www.mediafire.com/folder/ev2m6t3btzsm4/CW_Series, which is just an upload of the original version, not the translated one from Bashis. I even tried to use several mega search enginges to double check if the links weren't just broken for whatever reason, with no results found on mega. Messaging Bashis did me no good, and now i'm desperate to see saber outfits on random npcs for my game.
