SAM Footwear problems

I am using Shape Atlas for Men, and I love it, but there's just oooone issue I have no idea how to fix:

 

 

I tried this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/81689

 

It fixed the mesh but not the textures ended up messed up.

Probably sam uses different foot mesh than better males? Anyway there is a mod for fixing the shoes that just makes them all boots and it is much better but I cannot remember the name or find it in my mod backup. I will keep looking but you may need to search for a vanilla shoe fix that I think was made to fix the same mesh problem with better males and the vanilla shoes.
