Weird CTD after sexlab animation end

So I'm having this weird ctd right after a sexlab animation ends.

From various testing the ctd occurs only when a male actor is present in the animation and occurs at the ending stage when the orgasm sound plays (i.e ctd on male orgasm).

No ctd when the actors are both female.

No ctd if the animation is user terminated early by pressing the end key.

Nothing noteworthy in the papyrus log and my load order is sorted with loot (I don't think the issue is here tho)

 

Any guesses on what causes this?

 

Also is there an option in sexlab that disables male orgasms altogether? What I'm doing now is terminating all animations with male actors early which works but it's kinda annoying.
