Is Working Girl causing missing dialogues?

Never had this problem before i used this mod, for example, I use bishop, he's missing a load of dialogue and instead has the "would you like to work for me option BLAH" and yes I enabled the eff fix in the options, the mage in dragonsreach doesnt have a dialogue for buying things, and OMG Saadia's happy to offer extra services but no dialogue for the In my time of need quest unless i select the extra services and then she just follows me around like a duck!
