Female eyebrows clip while talking

So I've been having this issue where whenever females talk, their eyebrows start to clip inside their heads. Has anyone else have these issues before/ Know how to fix it?

I know this is a year late but does anyone have a fix for this? It only happens during conversations or when they try to express their mood.

Sorry for the necroing, but had to share my solution.

For me, the problem was the .tri files for the female brows, that for some reason were broken. After reinstalling the mod that was overwriting them, in my case Expressive Facial Animation (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19181), it was fixed.
