Buildable cave/home

What I'm looking for is a buildable home that is either a cave/dungeon that I can upgrade and expand and add more rooms to, (or a buildable home that has very large rooms and no npcs, but is navmeshed).  I'd love to find one with the option to pick a spot and build the entrance there instead of a set place though a set place is fine to (kinda like Fo4, and tundra defense).  In summary what I'm after is a Home mod that I can start from nothing and expand it to a real home with large rooms, that is either underground, and has dwemer or daedric accents to. 

 

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

I checked out both the well and hideaway and their just too small.
