Enemy of the thalmor

I'm wondering if there is a mod that will let my character just be the enemy of all thalmor and be attacked on sight (eventually) by all/most of them. Also one in which no bounty would be put on me from storm cloaks for killing Thalmor/Altmer

Also a kill all Thalmor dark brotherhood quest would be great.

 

I know about the fight against the thalmor mods and look forward to using them, but I'm wondering if I can go a step further. (Yes I am implying ethnic cleansing here lol.)
