Change follower appearance (racemenu)?

I am using CBBE and racemenu. Is there a way to change the nude appearance of myy followers? Add tattoos and something?

EFF allows you to add tattoos from racemenu mods.

this mod will do what you want.  

Point at the npc, then open up The Manipulator MCM and select 'Racemenu Cosmetic.'  You will be able to alter their body morphs as long as they are using a compatible body
