Appearance/Outfit change spell

I'm looking for a standalone spell mod that can change the player character's appearance and equipped items between two profiles. Basically swap from sexy armor to villager clothes, change skin color from red to human, etc. Outfit Switcher http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76095/? does exactly what I want but it only swaps items. My current  pc is a pseudo succubus and I want a easy spell way to "disguise" her when entering towns. Doesn't need any other functionality only a cosmetic change for rp'ing. I had look into PlayerSuccubeQuest but I wanted something that doesn't have a required files list as long as my arm, and I don't plan on installing Sexlab. TLDR, So a spell that can swap between the two pics down below.

This specific functionality is one I've spent years following, and I can say with a high level of confidence that no such thing exists in convenient spell form.

 

On the other hand, Racemenu's save/load preset system can do exactly what you want in a couple clicks.  You can even change your race to and from a custom Succubus race and still use a preset based on "human mode", although if there are substantial mesh differences between one race and the other it may not look quite right.

That can do things like change your actual body mesh to something entirely custom, along with spec maps for glossy skin, normal maps to change muscle tone, and so on.  It comes with a laundry list of pre-defined bodies that can be easily changed by overwriting the files themselves.  However, UBC does NOT affect the head in any way.  Only Racemenu can do that for you.  If you don't want to change body meshes or the texture of your body itself, and you won't need it, as Racemenu can handle skin color, proportion, face details and so on.
