I believe it's under the Naturism or Exhibitionism menu.

Floor -> WickedWhims menu -> Naturism -> Pee Here

It only shows up when the bladder motive is below half~40% if your sim doesn't have the exhibitionist trait.

Is there possibly an animation for this subject? Like more animations for peeing
