Key binding issues and how to get rid of the default key bindings

So i keep having the issue of my default key bindings conflicting with some sexlab mods. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of the default keybindings

I'm sure you thought about this already but why don't you just go to the Skyrim in-game menu and bind the default keys to something random you never use? Works fine for me ^^
