Props & clutter items with physics?

Is there a mod that adds physics to props and clutter items? Such as the rag bartenders use or the broom that just about every npc idles with at some point, it's about the most unrealistic prop in the game... well that and the never ending loaf of bread, just how hard would of it been for Bethesda to make it look like someone had taken a bite out of it, an extra 50 vertices?
