Time dialation or pose freeze mod for taking the perfect screenshot?

Is there a mod or script that either slows down or stops time for the world around you  but not your character?  It dosen't need to be a playable mod.

I occasionally take high end 4k and 8k screenshots of Skyrim. More often than not something will ruin the shot, be it a stray shadow,  the weather changing, an npc walking into the frame, or my personal favorite of hearing 'Skyrim is for the Nords' and getting attacked just as everything is set up perfect.

Don't need mods use console commands.

"tfc 1" for freeze, can adjust camera speed with sucsm.

"sgtm" for speed 1 is normal .1 = 10% normal speed and so on.

If you don't want other npcs running wild or don't want them to move after making them pose or whatever select them and use "tai".

Someone photobombing? use "setactoralpha 0".

Can use jaxon's positioner to move other npcs around after toggling their ai off.

btw you should follow the topics you create you won't get a notice if people don't quote you.

Sorry, I should of been more specific. I'm aware of all the ~ uses, but in panoramic action shots and large brawls none of them really work well, there's just to much going on.

For Example:  I have yet to find a way to stop an npc in mid swing of an axe, feather him with a few arrows, set a couple of other npc's in mid release of bows without taking an inordinate amount of time (hours) setting up the shot.

I'll have to look at bend time. Balanced slow and freeze I've tried, and it doesn't do what I need.
