That old "not allow use that image extension on this community" issue

It was fine back in the January, I can attach images to my loverslab blog and posts with image extension, btw, I upload my post to imgbox so it should come out right.

But somehow, after a brief break of few months, I find it impossible to attach images to my post again.

First, the preview section shows that the image was broken, and then the "not allowed use that image extension" thingy poped out.

I do remember there are alternative solutions addressing this problem, does anyone happen to know any of them?
