Missing assets?

 A lot of the male characters don't have heads and are surrounded by big red diamonds. These include members of the Powder Gang, NCR, Caeser's Legion, random guys. It also includes female mercenaries, as far as I can tell.

 

 I understand that this is due to missing assets of some sort?

 

 I'm very new to the modding scene and I don't have the first idea how to attempt to fix this.

 

 If anyone could help me understand what the problem here is, I'd be very grateful.

 

 (I've added screenshots of what I have installed in the hope that it might be useful.)

  Turns out it was New Vegas Redesigned 3 causing the problem.

 

 So unless someone can direct me to a version that doesn't do this, this thread may as well be closed/deleted.
