Looking for: Faster Enemies

Hi kind folks,

 

I'm kinda annoyed at the enemies in skyrim. Not because they are too weak, there are a dozen mods to tweak that. But because I can outrun them. Every. Fucking. Time. Okay, I lied there, sometimes they get me with a few lucky arrows. But it happens way too often.

 

Naturally I don't want to make my main character slower, so the enemies need to become quicker. Does anyone know of any such mod?

 

On a related note, does anybody know of a mod that improves the "pursuing enemy stabs at the air behind you"-AI?
