I was playing with my rogue, and I noticed that ice spells have NO cost, so I thought it was some mod, but I find the problem in 130 mods is going to be complicated

I do not have any equipment around magic, all other spells are with cost, less ice magic

So I wonder, is there any mod I can change the cost of magic, or some other solution?

Could load up xedit and change the values yourself, though i do not envy the idea of doing that for more than a few values.
