Sexlab And Ultimate Skyrim Compatibility?

Hello,

 

Not sure if anyone noticed, but there's a new Requiem modpack called Ultimate Skyrim:

I'm tempted to install it, minus the Dead is Dead mod, so there won't be permadeath.

 

However, I also want to use it with various Sexlab mods. Has anyone here done this? I'm not entirely keen on spending 8 hours to do the build only to find it lacking in compatibility.
