animated weapon enchantment

Not sure exactly how to word this in the search bar so here goes. 

 

I'l looking for a weapon enchant mod that makes the blade of your sword change colors like with Freya's Northern Lights skin in Smite, link to a video showing what i mean, here. Also on a side note, anyone know of an armor mod for her armor in that game? Doesn't have to have the color change effect.

 

Just wondering if anyone knows if either of those mods exist, if so could you link it to me please?

Edit: Can also be a custom stand alone weapon with the effect, that would work too.
