Fatigue keeps ticking...

So I got this issue, don't know how it arose or anything but my Fatigue is ticking down at a rapid rate nonstop..

If I leave it be, it will go down to -57 and jump between -57 -55, but it will never go up.

 

To combat this, I've kept using "player.setav fatigue 1000" but this is getting annoying to do pretty much every 5mins..

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

did you do the dead money dlc recently? There was a bug where your health would drop very rapidly as soon as you exited the place. It can be found on the nexus. I know that it is stamina that is the problem for you but perhaps it might for you too.

I haven't done any DLC at all

 

Been actually exploring the Fertile Breeder and Tyrout quests since I've never done them before. What do you mean stamina related?
