Black Screen On Loading Exterior Saves

This is a new one for me.

 

The game launches without any problems, playing has no problems. But, if I try to load a save that I made in an exterior location, once the load screen clears, I end up with a black screen and ambient sound. Loading a save I made in an interior location loads without any problem. Did a google on this, but I've found nothing more recent that 2014 and, even then, none of them have the same problem, black screen when exterior, fine when interior.

 

Set graphics to Low and ran Texture Ordenador to reduce all textures over 512. Didn't work.

 

Graphics card is a nVidia GeForce GT 720 1Gb

CPU is hex-core, 3.5Ghz, 8Gb RAM

 

These are all mods that I use constantly. Most recent addition is Frostfall. All mods, drivers, software are up to date.

the black screen with sound is another form of infinite load screen.

 

since u have a gt instead of a gtx card u not gonna beable to do much with game even on low.

 

also u need to prune your mods. your computer and card cant handle what u trying to do even if u dont use a enb u get crap fps with all those mods running.

Well, while the card is mediocre, its not as bad as you think. I've only recently trimmed my mod list down from 243 to the 204 that it is. And it ran quite stable then. All the textures are now resized down to where even a 600 series can easily handle them. Not much I can do about script load, though.

 

Reading the Description of that crash fix plugin _"Set DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB:Memory to 768. If you are using a lot of mods or higher uGrid than 5 then set 1024."_ Can't remember if I changed that when I redid my mods. ... checked, I did remember to change it, so that isn't it ... already got SafetyLoad installed ... going to test if its if it blacks out in a city (Whiterun).

Its gotta be related to graphics.

Didn't work.

 

Interior saves load without a hitch, exterior cells load to blackscreen and ambient sounds, but also noticed, no NPC conversations or footsteps. The only sounds heard out of all the blacked saves are horse, breeze and stream.

 

There is, in fact, one new mod that I've never used, Forest Shack. And I think I can eliminate For the Masses. It has some ... interesting results, but seeing Olfina in bondage gear once is more than enough *shudders*

 

Gonna see what a new game without those two results in.

Started a new game without the Forest Shack (Bosmer Shack.esp) and without For the Masses, waited for system messages to end, didn't even open MCM let alone configure anything, chose ASLAL Left For Dead start, can't remember the location, on the side of a mountain, exterior location, anyway, saved, exited to Main Menu, and loaded it with no problem.

 

At this point, my theory is that For the Masses scanning NPCs and equipping them with Devices and keys conflicted in some way since the Forest Shack is just a shack on the shore of Ilianatra Lake (I can never remember the correct spekking )

Found the problem. A texture overhaul mod, NobleSkyrimMod. Great work, looks awesome, but just too much for my mediocre card.
