WickedWhims 2.1.2.095.4 Gender Restriction Problem

There is not a major problem with the mod but I really want to disable to gender restriction however that is not an option. The gender restriction tab/button is not there. My game is updated and I have the latest version of this mod. I've deleted my other scipt mods but the button is still not there. I've tried using different sims too and I even got rid of cc just to make sure but nothing is working.
