Little Problem with WickedWhims

Hey,

 

I dont know if this topic is here right (and at the beginning: sorry for my bad english).

But I had the problem, that with the WhickedWims-Mod my Sims can't ask another Sim to get engaged.

Is this normal or is this because another mod? I have the got-to-school mod to, but no other.

Has anyone else this problem? For me it is a little bit stupid.

Please help me, and when this problem came from the WhickedWhims-Mod, for the creators: can you change this? I hope I am not the first with this problem...
