Implements, harnesses, ect without animations?

Is there a mod that just adds the gear and implements without requiring anything extra for animations (Including the framework)?

Sorry but the second mod contain only female armor.

I don't know any mod who add harness/implement for male character (except ZAZ but this mod requir some animation/FNIS)
