Am I missing a mod or its my PC?

Now as i remember (cos im not using NMM and my FNIS is in other place) you need to go to Skyirm/Data/Tools/FNIS/GenerateFNIS_for_Users and run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

dont forget to check Gender Specific Animations and Skeleton Arm fix and click Updatet FNIS behaviour and wait till its done.

Dont forget to run FNIS everytime you install/unistall mods or animation packs.
