How to make a good brothel from a Resort.

Hi everyone, last night i made a nice resort place how could use some of the KW feature to make that resort into a nice brothel with dancer, room to rent etc, but i really don't know how to make a brothel that will work with all the feature above, do i need to use my acitve household to be dancer/whore or do i simply need recruit people for that ?
