Any benefit to having ECE with Racemenu and Citrus Head ?

So currently I have been running with Racemenu and Citrus Head HD + UUNP

 

 

A lot of people still use ECE for Anime/Asianish characters like 

 

Not saying I can't create these in Racemenu but would ECE add more options along with RM and citrus?

I'm pretty sure that, from what I read, Racemenu and ECE conflict pretty hard.  I suspect it's a case of using one or the other, depending on tastes.
