[SEARCH] Thin male character, Muscled NPC's

Hey guys!

I was wondering if you guys could help me find a certain mod. I want my character [Male], to be rather thin/feminine, but all the other male NPC's to be tall and muscular. But I can't seem to get that combination. It is either everyone muscular, or everyone thin. Any help?

Custom Race Menus to make it just the player character.

Same interest, but somewhat content with everyone having a smooth back.
