For people who don't play Dark Souls, it's literally just throwing a pile of your own shit at an enemy. Maybe something tied to Puppet Master, since that mod adds poop you can pick up but not do much else with. The actual throwable poop item can be like the spider scrolls, where they're scrolls but instead of a spell you're holding the poop, and then it does poison damage to enemies hit by it (or just humiliate them).
