TTW Baby Steps quest broken

So starting up the game using ttw, The initial birth and all that is fine. But then when I'm a baby in the room, I can't move and Liam Neeson is just standing there not saying anything. He occasionally looks at his pipboy. I'm posting my load order if anyone knows if it may be a mod or something messing with the scripting. anything over 140 plugins can cause major instabilities <and that incudes inactive plugins as well> Active plugs should be limited to 135 with a total not exceeding 140. I had numerous issues with my TTW playthru  with quests not advancing, mods not working properly and being unable to move till I got my eps count under 140 and my active under 136. Some people have had a game work with more but they are the exception and not the rule.

Yes a completely new game and just the standard hispanic race. At this point I've been deactivating a mod at a time to see if I find which one might be causing the issue. Thanks for all the help though.

Assuming that you have the latest Sexout version installed (SexoutNG 97), which you should btw.

I would start with removing SexoutZaz  and Sexout-Amra.esp, since they are both integrated in Sexout.

 That makes sense. I am updated to the latest sexout, but I probably forgot to get rid of those lol

I finally found out what it was that broke it. Turns out the bnb special armors esp was doing it. Apparently it was also attempting to add a quest which messed with the script. The mod wasn't made with ttw in mind so I took it out. Had to go through fnvedit to find out which one was altering the quests.
