Missing/Floating/Sinking Outfits

So I got a few outfits that look fine ingame. I bring them over to Outfit Studio, and mash them with other armor pieces an it looks fine, as well as the exported nif.

 

But when I bring them over to the GECK and ingame, parts of the outfit would appear underground... or float overhead as if another character wearing that outfit was standing over my character.

 

Any idea on how I can go about fixing this? Is it something I can fix in outfit studio or do I have to go indepth in nifskope or blender/3DS to fix this?
