Tool to transfer installed mods between Skyrim and SE

I'm asking if anyone knows of a tool, or could even whip up a quick batch file to do it, that could transfer installed mods from Skyrim SE in NMM, to my Skyrim (Oldrim/Skyrim Classic) installed mods. As happy as I am with Special Edition the lack of a script extender is taking it's toll on me, and wanted to start a clean Oldrim with the mods I'm running on my Special Edition atm, plus better and different ones after the fact, but wanted to know if there's some easy way to automate that process, if anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it
