Sidearmf93 PopulatedCW

So I am trying out the mod from Sidearmf93 after testing  NPC85, which works perfectly.

But when I try Populated Skyrim Civil War, some of the characters have darker head than body, but not all of them.

I am confused because this does not affect all of them, only some.

And also it is not in any conflict with any mod.

Any tips for this, Im also new.
