Bikini with Bulge for females

So i guess it's a rather simple request for the mega-awesome modders, but can anyone create (or i guess, change) a bikini with a bulge, implying that the wearer is a transgender female (or futa if you like that sort of thing) ? Danke.

 

p.s. Nothing extreme btw, i have something like the average Ana Mancini bulge in mind.
