i already read everything in the mod, and i don't know what is needed to download, i am really confused with this mod

Not trying to insult your intelligence but if you're asking LITERALLY "what is needed to download" then you need to:  

1.  Press the Files tab in the center of the page.

2.  Then under Main Files you select the CBBE version because that's probably what you have considering your original post.  Unless you change your mind and you want UNP then you'll have to go get UNP body instead.

3.  Next, install the mod with Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer.

4.  Then the last step is if, and only if, you have a Bodyslide Preset of your own then you must build the female bodies in Bodyslide & Outfit Studio (which, of course, means you'll need this also if you don't already have it).  If you must need help with how to operate Bodyslide & Outfit Studio, then here:  http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/
