Windowless Mode Won't Work

When running Skyrim through Mod Organizer's SKSE selection from the dropdown menu (installed like Gopher did), windowed mode works fine, but when I run in Windowless mode, I get an endless black screen.  I have no idea what might cause this.  Vanilla Skyrim runs in both.
