[SEARCH] Simple follower mod

I am hoping that you all might suggest to me which simple follower mod you use?

 

I am looking for the lightest, simplest mod for just being able to change a follower's clothing/armor.  I don't really want any special features, just the changing clothes option.

 

I found these two mods but they are both out of date:

Change Follower Outfits

 

Any other suggestions?

Extensible Follower Framework allows you to change a follower's outfit when recruited, and saves any outfit a follower has on even when dismissed, so I use that.
