Possible to move optional ESPs faster in MO?

Hello there! As title I have a question regarding to use of optional esp feature in MO.

I mainly use this feature to hide unchecked esps from the load order since I do tend to merge them.

 

However this feature is a bit incovenient when trying to add another mods to the already big merged file since I do have to manually go trough every mod to remove them under optional esps.

Is there an easier way of doing this? Thanks in advance fopr help
