Texture all blue and Invisible

Hi, so I've downloaded some mods to my good +50 mod collection that work fine. ENB, 2k, and etc. However, when i decided to load in skyrim skse , the game was completely black and the character creation only showed the eyes (super creepy). All texture were missing and it was black and see through. I could see the water, but the stone, grass, and ground were all black and see through. My character was also black and I could not see it. Does anyone know a fix? I feel that i might have done something wrong in TES5 edit. I put a picture of what happens in showracemenu. When I'm in the game the game is just literally all blue and I can see a patch of water.
